Research Interests:

Dr. Muhammad Akram (Hureri) is a scholar of Islamic Studies holding a PhD with postdoctoral research experience from institutions in Malaysia and Pakistan. He has served as a Research Associate at the University of Malaya and is currently affiliated as teaching and visiting faculty with academic institutions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. His scholarly interests include Qur’anic studies, Tafsir, Islamic thought, interfaith studies, and contemporary Islamic and social values. Dr. Akram has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, participated in numerous national and international conferences, and is actively engaged in public scholarship through academic writing, lectures, and media programs.
