Dr. Beni Firdaus, S.H.I., M.A. is an Associate Professor of Islamic Law at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, Indonesia. His research focuses on Islamic family law, Sharia economic law, Islamic legal reform, and the integration of customary law with Islamic jurisprudence. He serves as Head of the Center for Community Service (PKM) and Vice Editor-in-Chief of USRATY: Journal of Islamic Family Law. His scholarly work addresses contemporary legal issues within the framework of Islamic law and Indonesian legal development.
